Information for Local Residents

In response to a request from local residents, please find information about forthcoming events which may result in additional traffic around our school.  Please be assured that we will continue to encourage parents and visitors to be mindful of residents when parking their vehicles.  In addition, we would encourage residents to contact the local police if cars continue to cause an obstruction.

Summer 2016
Summer Term 2016 Events
Wednesday 14th September from 3.30pm – ‘Meet the Teacher’ event for parents.  This event should be finished by 6pm.
Autumn Term Events 2016
Wednesday 19th October from 3.30pm – ‘Friends of the School Event’.  This event should be finished by 7pm.

(Please note that we have recently contacted the police regarding the parking of vehicles that could potentially prevent emergency vehicles accessing Clarence Gardens.  We have been informed that, should an emergency vehicle require access, the police have the authority to remove vehicles causing an obstruction, and that they would do so if necessary.  We hope that this will reassure residents however we will continue to educate parents and visitors through our newsletters etc. and encourage them to be respectful to residents when parking near the school.)
